Demolition is our heritage. Our capabilities range from interior to exterior, as well as partial and complete demolition.

As for the selective dismantling of components for re-use or recycling, Mercury has extensive experience in this arena. We have dismantled large wind tunnels as well as a variety of amusement park rides, including one that towered 22-stories high. In all cases, pre-planning, methodical execution and constant supervision were the keys to a safe and successful completion. Mercury recycles construction materials to the highest extent possible on all our projects.

Tenant Improvement involves configuring a space to meet the needs of a particular tenant (e.g., changes to walls, floors, ceilings). The selective demolition requires precision. It needs to be done on time and in a clean manner. Mercury excels with this type of scope - installing state-of-the-art protection to safeguard the walls, floor, elevators, utilities and leaving the job site pristine.
